Situation: The company was in need of advice regarding the strengthening of financial and operating systems.
Focus Scope: A Focus Professional was engaged by the owners to asses the situation and make recoomendations.
Tasks Performed: Focus recommended and oversaw the installation and training of a new cash and billing management system in each of the locations that resulted in real time visibility of results and improved security of cash.
Results: Beverage inventory was analyzed for turn and profitability, and as a result certain lines were rationalized, and shrinkage was reduced by 40%. Focus Professionals worked with management to redesign the marketing strategies for the clubs. These initiatives results in a significant improvement in cash flow for the client.
