Focus Scope: The Lender retained Focus to review the proposed Debt Restructuring plan and perform a situation analysis.
Tasks Performed:
- Prepared 13-week cash flow forecast
- Initiated the preparation of critical vendor analysis focusing on the impact to cash flow budgets, lien rights, and potential impacts to customer service levels and business value
- Evaluated strategic options available to Lender regarding recovery

With the information that Focus provided, the Company followed advice and implemented a successful debt restructuring plan with its equity sponsor.
