Focus Managment Group Expands Nationwide Reach With Columbus Office Opening

COLUMBUS, Ohio, May 10, 2010 – In an announcement made today by J. Tim Pruban, President of Focus Management Group, the company has recently opened an office in Columbus as part of its ongoing growth strategy and as a response to the increasing demand for its services throughout the central Ohio region. Managing Directors Mike Grau and John Bambach, Jr. will be the managing directors overseeing the activity of the office.
“We are pleased to bring our unique brand and portfolio of restructuring services to Columbus and the surrounding region,” said Grau. “This location in the center of the state, with excellent connectivity throughout the Midwest, will allow us to better serve our existing clients in the region as well as expand our business.”
As managing directors, Bambach and Grau will be responsible for leading the Columbus team in the management of current key relationships as well as expanding the company’s business development efforts.

Grau is a senior financial executive with more than 20 years experience in the areas of public accounting, commercial lending and management consulting. He has performed financial, operational, managerial and collateral evaluations of hundreds of businesses throughout a broad range of industries. In addition to his turnaround consulting and public accounting experience, Grau worked for nearly a dozen years as an asset-based lender in various senior level positions.
Bambach, a Certified Turnaround Professional, has over 30 years of experience leading organizational change as CEO, COO and CFO of multiple companies, averting them from bankruptcy and returning operations back to profitability. He is well versed in all aspects of turnaround management, mergers and acquisitions, operational improvement, business development and strategic planning.
