Lori J. Launderville


Lori J. Launderville is a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in the turnaround management industry.  With diversified experience in a wide variety of industries and success in a variety of senior management and business development roles, Lori has extensive knowledge in turnaround management issues, bankruptcy situations and effective crisis decision making. She is currently responsible for spearheading business development efforts for Focus Management Group in the Northeast and Southeast United States.

During her career, Lori has played key roles for a variety of firms in developing and implementing programs, tools and strategies within an organization to increase sales volume. In a previous role, Lori successfully restructured a facility move using a time-effective approach. The Company achieved significant cost savings due to her involvement.

In a prior role, Lori played a pivotal role in the production and launch of a Human Resources intranet website, an online employee orientation program and on-going employee training sessions for a beverage manufacturer and distributor, which ensured quality communications during its restructuring. She received the Senior Service of Excellence award for outstanding performance for streamlining processes as a result of her leadership.

Lori has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing from the University of Upper Iowa. She is a member of the International Women’s Insolvency and Restructuring Confederation (IWIRC), American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI), Association for Corporate Growth (ACG), Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Advisors (AIRA) and Turnaround Management Association (TMA). Lori previously served as a Board member of the Turnaround Management Association's Florida Chapter and Vice President of the TMA's annual Southeastern conference. She is also active in the community as a Hospice volunteer.
