Tony Wolf brings to Focus Management Group a professional background that spans all phases of corporate restructuring and executive management. His experience includes competitive strategy and market expansion, margin enhancement, performance improvement, and creditor negotiations. Tony has directed and negotiated mergers and restructurings and proposed fundings for reorganization plans.
Prior to joining Focus, Tony was a principal of Glass & Associates and founder of Blackhill Partners. Throughout his tenure in these roles, Tony led or participated in advisory and management engagements in various industries including aerospace, telecommunications, trucking, manufacturing and processing, information technology, food distribution and service, real estate, and oil and gas.
He has extensive domestic and international operational experience in composite materials and military and commercial aerospace structural manufacture, integration, repair and overhaul. Early in his career, Tony spent five years as a Booz Allen and RAND Corporation consultant. He received a post-doctoral fellowship in international security from the Ford Foundation in 1976 and concurrently a Kittredge Fellowship in the Humanities from the Boston Athenaeum.
Tony is a Certified Turnaround Professional. He received his B.A. in history from Harvard University, his M.A. degree in international relations from the University of Southern California, and his M.B.A. in finance and marketing from the University of Chicago.
